In order to receive the Customer First Award for Excellence, dealerships must achieve goals in five core pillars, including:

• Facility: Customers must consistently find the dealership clean, organized, convenient, and comfortable. To ensure this, the facility is certified twice a year.
• Customer Processes: Dealer makes customers feel at home with consistent execution of processes like sales negotiations, delivery and follow up.
• Performance: Dealerships are required to achieve a high level of satisfaction in customer sales and service satisfaction surveys.
• Employee Survey: Dealership must survey employees every year and share the findings with employees in order to resolve and act upon the feedback received.
• Training Certification: Ensures that all employees, whether it be sales, service, parts, or technical staff, must all meet training requirements.
