Info & Eligibility

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Jeep® Wave Program (the “Plan”) is a membership and service program offered by FCA US LLC on certain Jeep® brand models in the United States. The Plan includes benefits accessible in the dealership as well as online through the Mopar.com website.

 

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Membership in the Plan is open to residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Purchasers of select MY16 and MY17 Jeep® brand models are automatically enrolled in the Plan at time of purchase (see list of eligible models below) at no cost to the customer. In addition, owners of MY15 or newer Jeep® brand vehicles may buy in (pay) to join the Plan. State and local taxes may apply.

Membership Benefits

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Members will receive a range of experiential and service related benefits by participating in the Jeep® Wave program. These include exclusive Jeep®vehicle owner support customer care, no-extra charge maintenance*, VIP treatment at select Jeep® brand events across the country, trip interruption protection*, first-day rental coverage*, access to an exclusive Savings Network that automatically provides up to $500 in annual savings and a unique web site/app experience.

 

Benefits noted with (*) are administered by way of a Mopar Vehicle Protection® (MVP) plan that accompanies the Jeep® Wave membership.

NO-EXTRA CHARGE MAINTENANCE

The Plan provides for 2 oil and oil filter changes and 2 tire rotations per year of membership. These services MUST be performed by a FCA US LLC Dealer and be used by the expiration date of the plan.

 

TRIP INTERRUPTION PROTECTION*

The Plan will reimburse up to $1,000/event for lodging, meals and emergency transportation such as taxi, bus or airline for the member and his family if (1) his vehicle is inoperable due to a failure covered under this Plan or under the factory warranty and (2) he is more than 100 miles from the address of record. Lodging, meals and emergency transportation receipts must accompany a copy of repair bill and must be mailed to Vehicle Protection, P.O. Box 2700, Troy, Michigan 48007-2700. There is no maximum number of events that can be covered.

 

FIRST DAY RENTAL*

First Day Rental allowance provides $35.00 car rental allowance if the vehicle is to be serviced for any same day mechanical repair or maintenance service (excluding bodywork). Vehicles kept overnight are not eligible for First Day Rental. Please note: Excludes rental for bodywork to the exterior sheet metal/composite panel or frame collision repairs.

The rental vehicle must be obtained from a dealer. If a dealer does not have rental vehicles available, you may obtain one from a licensed rental agency. Rental coverage is subject to state and local laws and policies imposed by the rental agency. Rental charges in excess of the amount allowed by the plan are the member’s responsibility. The plan is not responsible for any refusal of a rental agency to rent a vehicle to you.

To fully activate their Jeep® Wave membership and receive full program benefits, owners must have or create an active Mopar.com account (visit jeep.com/wave) and accept the Jeep® Wave terms and conditions in the Jeep® Wave portal. Upon doing so, either after vehicle purchase or as part of the membership purchase process, Jeep® Wave members will have full access to savings/offers, receive pertinent communications and be able check their benefit status 24/7.

Jeep Wave Savings Network

JEEP® WAVE SAVINGS NETWORK

The Savings Network is an exclusive benefit featuring offers curated especially for Jeep® Wave members from about 150 premium retailers. Members can use their $500 in annual savings to purchase selected products typically at 20% - 40% off best available pricing. For example, an item that retails for $100 and is available exclusively to Jeep® Wave members for $75 via the Savings Network would represent $25 in savings that would be deducted from the owner’s $500 savings bank.

All members must first accept the terms and conditions of the Jeep® Wave program in the Jeep® Wave tab within Mopar.com (jeep.com/wave). They can then click on the OFFERS tab and on the Savings Network link to view products/offers curated especially for Jeep® Wave members from premium retailers.

The Jeep® Wave Savings Network (The Program) is offered to certain Jeep® Wave customers, including you, at the sole discretion of Jeep® Wave. Subject to these terms and conditions, you will receive savings discounts (“savings dollars”) to be used towards the purchase of goods or services from participating merchants through the Jeep® Wave tab of Mopar.com (jeep.com/wave). The Program or any portion thereof may be revised or terminated with 30 days prior written notice. If the Program is terminated, you will only have 90 days from the termination date to use all of your accumulated savings dollars. All Program offers, including the participating merchants, are subject to availability and may change without notice. You may access continuously updated Terms and Conditions of the Jeep® Wave Savings Network Program through the Jeep® Wave tab of Mopar.com Connect (jeep.com/wave).

An online account ("Program Account") will be set up to record your activity in the Program, including an initial deposit $500 in savings dollars upon acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Jeep® Wave program. These savings dollars will be deposited in your Program Account directly by Jeep®Wave. You may accumulate savings dollars as long as your Jeep® Wave Savings Network Account is open and not in default at any time. If your Account is closed for any reason, you will not be eligible to accumulate or use/redeem savings dollars and you will lose any savings dollars previously accumulated. Once you have agreed to participate, you consent to be bound by all the terms and conditions as stated herein. You further signify agreement to these terms and conditions (as they may be modified from time to time) when you make any purchase through the Program.

The savings dollars have no cash value, and may not be assigned, transferred and/or pledged to any third party. You have no property rights or other legal interests in savings dollars. You are responsible for any personal tax liability that may be related to participation in the Program.

Jeep® Wave Savings Network has the right to monitor all Program Account activity. If your Program Account shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, you may lose your accumulated savings dollars, and, as a result of this activity, Jeep® Wave Savings Network may close your Program Account immediately. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, Jeep® Wave Savings Network reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and may have grounds to confiscate any goods or services purchased as a result of such activity. In addition, you may be liable for monetary losses to Jeep®Wave Savings Network, including litigation costs and damages and you will not be allowed to participate in the Program in the future. If your Program Account does not represent the correct amount of savings dollars that you should have been awarded as determined, Jeep® Wave Savings Network reserves the right to adjust your savings dollars balance. If you have been given savings dollars in error or if you believe your Program Account has been the subject of any suspicious activity, please contact the Jeep® Wave Savings Network Contact Center at 866-257-3927 immediately. If it is determined you have been the victim of a fraud, the amount of savings dollars you have received will be transferred to a new Program Account.

FCA US LLC, Jeep®, Jeep® Wave Savings Network, its affiliates, the Program Manager and any merchants participating in the Program make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind concerning Program offers available. All offers from participating merchants are void where prohibited by applicable federal, state or local laws or regulations and are subject to change as may be necessary to comply with such laws or regulations. You release FCA US LLC, Jeep®, Jeep® Wave Savings Network, its affiliates, the Program Manager and any merchants participating in the Program from all liability regarding the purchase and use of any goods or services from participating merchants as part of the Program, including any goods that may be lost, stolen or destroyed. All participating merchants are in no way affiliated with or responsible for Program administration.

ACCUMULATING SAVINGS DOLLARS

You will receive an initial deposit of $500 in savings dollars directly from Jeep® Wave upon activation of your account. Any additional methods for accumulating savings dollars will be identified to Program participants.

USING SAVINGS DOLLARS

You may use your savings dollars for savings on purchases from participating merchants only by accessing the Savings Network through the Jeep®Wave tab of Mopar.com (jeep.com/wave). Savings dollars may only be used to pay for a portion of the total charges at each participating merchant. The entire remaining balance of charges for any goods and services, including any related taxes, shipping charges and/or applicable fees, from a participating merchant must be charged at the time of transaction to a credit card. Please click on the Savings Network link under OFFERS in the Jeep® Wave tab of Mopar.com (jeep.com/wave) for the current pricing of goods and services and the amount of savings dollars that can be used to purchase them at participating merchants. Upon confirmation and full payment, the amount of savings dollars you have used will be subtracted from your Program Account.

Savings dollars may not be combined with or applied to other certificates, promotions or special offers, or special rate programs.

Membership Termination

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION

Each Jeep® Wave membership is valid only through the Member Thru date shown on the membership card. Members agree and understand that any unused benefits or unused savings dollars will be immediately forfeited when the membership term ends.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Members who buy in to the program can get a full refund within 60 days of purchase, so long as no claims have occurred as part of the MVP plan benefits. Members seeking a refund should call the Jeep® Wave contact center at 866-533-7928 (JEEP WAVE) for further information, and all refunds will take place through the Jeep® Wave site and be processed via credit card transaction. After 60 days, no refund is available. Owners with auto-enroll and/or recovery memberships are not eligible for a refund.

Provisions & Privacy

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

By becoming a Member in the Program, Members agree to receive marketing communications and advertising from FCA US LLC, Jeep® and Jeep®Wave. These communications may be distributed via direct mail, print, email or mobile SMS or push notifications.

A Member may unsubscribe or opt-out from receiving marketing communications about the Program and other FCA US LLC services at any time. If a Member opts-out from marketing communications, they may continue to receive Program-related transactional and administrative communications for items such as account statements. For email, users may opt-out at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism within the email or in the Preference Center found on jeep.com/wave. The unsubscribe mechanism allows website users to manage their subscription preferences to email alerts and special offers. Notwithstanding the above, this mechanism does not allow a user to opt-out of receiving transactional email, such as registration confirmation, vehicle updates and responses to direct requests.

ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

Your participation in the Jeep® Wave program is considered acceptance of the plan provisions described herein as well as that of FCA US LLC and Deluxe Rewards.

PRIVACY

FCA US LLC is committed to protecting Member information and privacy; the information provided to the Program will be managed in accordance with FCA US LLC Privacy Policy. To read the Privacy Policy, please visit jeep.com/wave. Member participation in the Program is subject to the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions described herein.

Program Updates

PROGRAM UPDATES

The Jeep® Wave Program Terms and Conditions described herein are updated and effective as of October 24, 2016. FCA US LLC reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the program or certain program offerings at any time without advance notice to you. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, dealer participation, length of membership, program structure, savings dollars earnings components, savings dollars earnings amounts, participating merchants and brands, account functionality and site features. Any and all changes to the plan provisions are considered effective immediately and are binding upon all Members immediately. For current Program terms and conditions, go online to jeep.com/wave, login to your account, click on the Jeep® Wave EXPLORE NOW button, go to the My Membership tab and click the “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” link.

FCA US LLC, Jeep® and the participating dealers assume no liability for your interaction or participation in the program that is contrary to the regulations and laws of your state of residence.
