Do you service all makes and models?

Yes. At Terry Henricks Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM we offer services on all makes and models including Ford, GM and Chevrolet!

Do you have loaner cars?

Yes. Loaners are available, at no cost, but by appointment only. When you schedule your service appointment just share that you will need a loaner vehicle and we will have it ready for you upon arrival.

Do I need an appointment for an oil change?

No. Terry Henricks CDJR offers an Express Lane Oil Change Service. Your one stop shop for all your vehicle needs. We offer a dedicated service lane for oil changes and vehicle checkups. We know your time is important and we’ve set up our facilities to provide quick, convenient service for changing your oil, checking your vehicle and getting you back on the road quickly! Done fast! Done right!

What kind of tires do you offer?

All brands and sizes of tires are available including GoodYear, Michelin, BFGoodrich, Bridgestone, Firestone, Kumho Tire & Yokohama.

Do you pick up cars?

Yes. We know it is sometimes hard for you to get time to bring your car in for the recommended factory service or oil change. That’s why we will pick your vehicle up for you and have it returned upon completion.

Are you open on weekends?

Yes. Our service center & our parts department are open until 1:00 pm on Saturdays.

Do you have any late service hours?

Yes. Our service center and parts department are opened until 8:00 pm on Mondays.

Do you work on diesels?

Yes.

Do you work with aftermarket service contracts?

Yes.

If I bought my car somewhere else can you still do warranty work on it?

Yes, even if you bought your car somewhere else, we will still do warranty work on it.

How often should I change my oil?

Every 3,000 – 5,000 miles depending on the oil in your vehicle and/or the factory recommendations.

Will you wash my car?

Yes ~ just be sure to ask at the counter!

Do I need to pay for an auto part before you order it?

If the part has a cost greater than $100.00 then we will ask you to pay in advance

Do you sell wiper blades?

Yes, we sell and install wiper blades.

Can I return a special ordered part?

How do you price your used cars?

Our pricing is determined on our local market with competitive comparisons matching like vehicles with similar miles and equipment. Technology is wonderful and helps us to help you ensure you ARE receiving a vehicle at a fair and competitive price.

What does the warranty cover and for how long?

New vehicle:

3-years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first) Basic Warranty.
5-years or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first) Powertrain Warranty.

Pre-Owned Vehicle:

A pre-owned vehicle could still have remaining factory warranty. If the factory Basic Warranty is expired, and if the vehicle has less than 125,000 miles, is not deemed an “AS-IS” vehicle, and is within the age guidelines, we place a Mopar 3 Month or 3,000 Mile (whichever comes first) Limited Warranty on the vehicle for your piece of mind.

Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle:

7 year/100,000 miles Powertrain Limited Warranty.
3 month/3,000 miles Maximum Care Coverage.
24-Hour Towing
and Roadside Assistance.

Can you get me the payoff for my trade?

Absolutely! We would need either your Social Security Number or your Account number and we can call the bank and get the payoff for you. Some banks require the customer to call them yet most will allow us to call for you.

Can I get out of the dealership in an hour or less?

It’s pretty simple. Nearly every step can be completed online before you ever visit the store! At Terry Henricks Chrysler we want to give you everything you need upfront so you can make an informed buying decision before you ever visit the dealership. Our intent is never to put you into a pressure situation so you make an uninformed decision. Our pricing is determined on our local market with competitive comparisons matching like vehicles with similar miles and equipment. Technology is wonderful and helps us to help you ensure you ARE receiving a vehicle at a fair and competitive price. We offer a free CarFax Report for every vehicle in our inventory. We will offer the highest trade in value, again based on our market, and we will provide you all the maintenance work we performed on our vehicle prior to the sale. Haggling is no fun, the only thing you will need to do when you arrive is test drive the vehicle, get your trade validated with the information you provided prior to your visit and sign the paperwork. In most cases this will take 45 minutes to one hour.

How can I be assured the price won’t change once I get to the dealership?

We have removed the typical car buying ‘smoke and mirrors’. We will not quote you terms or prices before you come in and change them when you arrive at the dealership. The terms we quote you prior to your visit will be the terms you see upon your arrival as long as all the information you provided is accurate and verifiable at the time of purchase. We will work with you to make sure we get this information verified before your visit. ‡

How can you assure me I won’t feel pressured to buy something I’m not sure about?

A vehicle is the second largest purchase most of us make right behind a home. The last thing you need to worry about is being pressured into buying something you will regret later. The terms and figures we quote prior to your visit are good for 30 days as long as the vehicle is still in stock. ‡ Prior to your visit we can even provide you with an extended vehicle service plan option for your piece of mind – choose one or don’t choose one, we will not pressure you when you arrive. (We will ask that you watch a short video presentation describing the available service plans so we can remain compliant with our Service Plan Provider but you make the decision, we will not pressure you). So whether you buy now, tomorrow or next week – you can make your decision on your time and not have to worry about missing out on a great deal.

Are all the vehicles on your website available for sale?

Yes! As soon as a vehicle is assigned a Stock Number, it’s available to buy. However, there is a chance the vehicle you have interest in is a new arrival and is still going through the maintenance check and/or the detail process. It is recommended you call, chat or email prior to visiting the dealership to check availability and at which time you can schedule a visit for a test drive.

What work does Terry Henricks CDJR perform on vehicle prior to sale?

Every one of our vehicles goes through a minimum 45-point vehicle inspection before they are sold. Our technicians fix any issues uncovered in the inspection (excluding pre-determined AS-IS vehicles) as well as performing any needed maintenance. If the vehicle is a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or RAM and has open Recalls – they will be taken care of during the maintenance inspection if the factory has determined a fix and parts are available. In addition, every vehicle will go through a thorough cleaning and detailing to ensure they are in top condition based on the vehicle’s age and miles. Feel free to ask for the details of the work completed on your vehicle of interest when you call in for availability.

Do vehicles come with a warranty?

If a vehicle is not within the factory Basic Warranty it will come with a 3 month or 3,000 mile (whichever comes first) limited warranty† that is valid at any Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM store in the U.S. Certain vehicles are Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles and they come with additional warranty (See CPOV below). You can also purchase extended service plansto provide you with additional piece of mind with your new purchase. Our extended service contracts provide comprehensive coverage of all major parts and systems and can be fully included in your financing for a few additional dollars per month.

What is a CPO Vehicle?

FINANCING

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer financing from multiple sources in hopes to find you the best possible deal.

What is my payment going to be?

Your vehicle payment will be determined by a few variables. Your credit history, the lender, term of the loan, price of the vehicle (to include Tax, Title & Fees) and the Interest Rate.

What additional fees will be included in my purchase?

On most purchases there will be a total of $283.50 in fees.

These fees break down as such:

Can I have the bank auto deduct my bank account?

Yes. The majority of banks offer automatic payment deductions.

When will I receive my Title?

Within 10-15 business days you will receive your Memorandum Title in the mail and then you can go get your license plates. If you paid cash for your vehicle you will receive your Title in the mail within 10-15 business days.

Can I cancel my Vehicle Service Contract?

Yes.

Can I cancel my GAP Insurance?

Yes. GAP follows the loan so in order to cancel you would have to refinance.
